Thomas E. Propp, CPA
Tom specializes in tax and business consulting engagements
with a concentration in the real estate industry and business
entrepreneurs. He has earned a reputation for successfully representing
clients in real estate transactions and he oversees a team of specialists
who routinely provide audit, tax and consulting services.
With more than 30 years of experience in accounting and
auditing, Tom has assisted clients with many types of real estate
transactions. These include acquisitions and dispositions; debt
restructurings; and business entity formation and structuring, among
others.
Tom received his bachelor of
science and MBA degrees with an emphasis in finance from the University of
California, Berkeley. He serves his local community as a member of the
board of directors of Placer Community Foundation.
Debbi J. Christensen, CPA
Debbi leads our financial statement reporting team which
produces audits, reviews and compilations for clients in a variety of
industries. She also provides financial accounting and auditing services
as well as tax planning and compliance services to individual and business
clients.
With over 25 years of experience, Debbi works with
individual clients in addition to business clients in real estate,
affordable housing, common interest realty associations, and other
for-profit and not-for-profit entities.
Debbi received her bachelors of
arts degree in business administration with an emphasis in management from
Walla Walla College. She has served on the board for Sutter Roseville
Medical Center Foundation and currently serves as the treasurer for
Adventist Forum.
Mary J. Caniglia, CPA
Mary, PCC's administrative partner, specializes in
accounting systems consulting and training, and in the preparation of tax
returns for individuals and businesses. She's our resident QuickBooks
"Pro" and she's trained many clients and their staff to use QuickBooks and
other accounting software. Mary also supports clients in their use of
remote accounting applications to transfer tax returns and other financial
records to PCC securely.
She received her bachelor of
science degree in business from California State University, Sacramento.
She serves as treasurer for the Gateway Foundation Inc. and as a volunteer
for the Matsuyama-Sacramento Sister City Corporation.
